What is Individualised Program Design?
If you are-
1- You have specific needs beyond what a class based program can provide (Injuries, Sport, competition etc).
2- You are happy to train alone.
3- You have the drive and determination to commit to a process, and allowing yourself to be accountable.

How it works – 7 steps
First
We will schedule to have a conversation, either in person or remotely, to assess your needs and goals. Your coach needs to get to know you well so that the goals and prescription are accurately aligned.
Second
Download and set up CoachRX There are some important documents to fill out here and this information will help us have a detailed, effective initial consult so that we can create a great starting point for you.
Third
Here we have our initial consult where we can meet each other, and get to know each other a little better. Well discuss your goals, your training experience and discuss your lifestyle habits so that we can start to construct your training program to help you meet the agreed goals. We will have a catch up once a month to further build this relationship.
Fourth
To get started, you’ll do an assessment. You’ll perform a variety of movement tests to identify your current skill level as well as establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As you progress in your training, you and your coach will revisit your assessments, monitor progress, and ensure that you are constantly moving forward.
Fifth
We will provide your detailed training through an easily accessible app with notes and instructions from your coach. Usually a weeks worth of workouts are released at a time. You’ll record the results for each session as well as any feedback and videos to help keep your coach as involved and informed as possible. You and your coach will use this information on your monthly calls.
Sixth
Lifestyle and nutrition is a key aspect of your training. We will discuss some key principles during your initial consultation, and with your coach, you will keep track of your nutrition and day to day lifestyle habits to maximise you as a person, not just an athlete.
Seventh
Strive to reach your goals. Your coach will be there for the long game, aiming to achieve lasting results. We want you to become self-sufficient in all aspects of your health.
