
The Complete Beowulf Experience
Our classes are awesome. They get you fit and you make life long friends. Our Individualised programming is proven to get the most out of your unique physiology. Add both those together with a PT session with one of our awesome coaches once a week? You’re looking at the Dutch Beer of the fitness world.
The Process
Come along for a taster session first. Have a look around the gym, meet the coaches and get a taste of a CrossFit Class. We will then book you in for a time to sit down with our Head Coach Tom for your initial consult and to arrange your initial onramp into the CrossFit world. Then we take the following path:
One
Complete your initial onramp sessions and join in with CrossFit Classes, then book in with Tom for your Initial consult to align ourselves with your goals.
Two
Have your first PT with Tom to reassess your initial consult and to decide upon a date and time for your regular weekly PTs. We will also set in place your nutrition and lifestyle markers which we will monitor alongside your training.
Three
Get started! Make sure to start recording your class and individual workouts so that you and Tom can keep on top of your progress in the gym. We will have monthly consults to ensure we are both focused and moving in an aligned direction.
