After taking up weightlifting while playing rugby back when CrossFit Beowulf was the Fitness Hub. A few years back I ditched the rugby ball and picked up the barbell full time. I’ve been coaching for over 5 years now and forever evolving and always trying to get that next little bit better to deliver the best sessions possible. I love everything CrossFit, and adore coming into a building where everyone shares the same passion for fitness and affinity for improvement.
