Thomas Anderson – Lifting Specialist

I’m really excited to be joining the coaching team at CrossFit Beowulf.

I have a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning and have been weightlifting since 2018. Weightlifting was what first brought me through the doors at Beowulf, but since joining I have regularly attending the CrossFit classes as well.

Before CrossFit, I played rugby for Biggleswade, which gave me a strong foundation in teamwork and training. Since then, I’ve found real passion in coaching, helping others progress, and sharing the knowledge I’ve built over the years.

The Beowulf community is a huge part of what makes this place special. Even when I wasn’t competing in the Open last year, I was here at Friday Night Lights — setting up, cheering people on, and supporting however I could. Whether it’s through coaching, giving training advice, or just lending a hand around the gym, I’m always keen to get involved and help our members get the most out of their training.

I’m looking forward to working with all of you, and can’t wait to see what we achieve together!
