Luke Newman

I’m Luke Newman, it’s hard to believe that in 2015, I started my CrossFit career, truth be told, I never really wanted to take part. I was an Obstacle Course racer which at my peak, took part in International and world level competitions.
But after some gentle persuasion from the guys at Beowulf I started my On-Ramp and it’s safe to say from then on I was hooked! The sense of community and camaraderie was overwhelming, since then, I have taken part in multiple team and individual competitions and have never looked back. Now I have had the opportunity to train as a coach, I hope I can help instil in others the same passion for health and fitness as the coaches here have in me.
