I signed up for Crossfit and haven’t looked back since. The gym itself is clean & tidy with plenty of equipment. The staff are brilliant. Always greeting you with a smile. The trainers rock! They really do push you as well as ensuring you have the right technique.
The class times are very varied so I find it easy to book into a class even when I’m working shifts!
I’ve been to many gyms and previously trained at a top Crossfit box in SW London for 2yrs, but have to say this is my favourite place I’ve ever been a member of. There’s nothing I’d fault – great choice of class times, amazing people, top notch programming. Definitely the best gym in the area by miles!

So many say progress not perfection and at Beowulf this is so true, everyone is simply focused on helping each other improve from whatever level of fitness they are currently at, and with the help of the brilliant coaches and motivating peers, the progress comes quick.
I’ve tried all the usual mainstream gyms, and just never enjoyed it, and found my training boring and stale. I joined Beowulf in jan 18 and was made to feel welcome and part of a community by the great coaches and awesome members, the training is varied and completely scaleable, but so rewarding.
