Metabolic Conditioning

Metabolic conditioning, or MetCon is a method of training that involves very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during the workout as well as maximise calories burned way after the workout has finished.

These are vigorous, high intensity, circuit-style workouts that often involve challenging total body compound exercises and short periods of rest.

Metabolic conditioning pushes the human body to its limits with fast-paced cardio and strength exercises to build muscle, strength and endurance.
